How to order online
Go to the online shop, you can then browse for flowers by product category. There are multiple price varients on most products.
When you have made your choice, click `Add item`. You can still view items and add to your basket if you wish.
When you are ready to pay for your goods click `checkout`. This will take you to the confirmation screen.
If you are happy that you have selected the right product then click `confirm order`. You can now enter your details and the additional information we need to complete your order. Please make sure all fields are filled in so we can process your order smoothly.
When all these fields are complete click `continue`. You will then be asked to check your product details once again before being taken through the Worldpay secure online payment system.
You will receive an email order confirmation from us within 18 hours - if you haven`t received confirmation then we haven`t received your order.
All items are subject to availability, Sweet Williams Florist reserve the right to provide contents and packaging of equal or greater value without notice.
Floral products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Some Sweet Williams Florist products may be harmful or poisonous please contact us if you require any further information before submitting an order.

On receipt of telephone, fax and internet orders, we will acknowledge confirmation of receipt.
Orders will only be processed on receipt of cash payment or authorisation of credit card/debit card transactions. Sweet Williams Florist accept payment by most major credit/debit cards. Cheques only accepted with relevant guarantee card. Sweet Williams Florist cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed due to incorrect information or declined credit/debit cards. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full minus the 4.5% credit card transaction fee that we have to pay. All on line payments go through the WorldPay organisation to ensure full security is maintained at all times.
Credit Card Transactions
Customers paying for goods via Credit Cards must provide the credit card holder's personal details with the order. This must include the address and post code of the registered card and any relevent security information on request. Please refer to our privacy statement for further details.
Orders for delivery must state the reciepient details including contact name, address and full postcode. Where possible please also indicate a contact number for the receipient in the event we are unable to deliver. An alternative time/date may have to be arranged. Please note that Sweet Williams Florist cannot accept responsibilty for orders which are not delivered due to incorrect address details being supplied. Should the reciepient be away at the time of delivery, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour, our driver will leave information on the attempted delivery and instructions on how to collect their order.
Local Deliveries can be delivered same day if order is recieved before 2.00p.m.Monday to Saturday.
Any delivery charges are included in the price. Applies to deliveries within a 10 mile radius of Sawley, Long Eaton. Free delivery to Long Eaton, Sawley, Hilton, Hatton, and Etwall. Sunday deliveries available by special request only. Proof of delivery is obtained by a signature on delivery. Whilst we cannot take timed deliveries we will endeavour to deliver AM/PM as requested but please note this is not guaranteed. Funeral tribute timed orders are acceptable and will be given priority.
National orders will be sent through the Flowergram relay service using a network of local florists, a signature will be required on delivery. Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery will be 0n the requested delivery date you acknowledge that flowers will be delivered via a local florist and in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible, in such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full if undelivered. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We aim to acknowledge all customer enquiries within 2 working days, and deal with complaints fully within 5 working days. We will always keep you informed throughout the process.

Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure Sweet Williams Florist site/service is fully operational and error free we cannot guarantee this. We therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interuption of the Sweet Williams Florist site/service. We shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control, (ie: acts of god, civil commotion, riot, flood, fire, drought) which renders the provision of the Sweet Williams Florist site/service impossible or impractical.
We do not store your payment details at all, digitally or otherwise. Only if we can fulfill your order and your credit/debit card is authorised, will payment be taken. All payments go through the recognised WolrdPay organisation to ensure security.
We are commited to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information for 2 reasons: firstly to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given consent. At Sweet Williams Florist we are commited to providing you with the best possible floral delivery service. If you are not satisfied in any way with the service that you have recieved please let us know immediately and your concern will be investigated. If we are satisfied that your concern/complaint is genuine a replacement/refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
